Ingredients
- 2 shots (60ml) red espresso® Rooibos (cold)
- 2 scoops vanilla frozen yoghurt
- ½ cup foamed milk
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- 1 ginger biscuit, crumbled
Instructions
- Prepare red espresso® Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Place frozen yoghurt into glasses
- Pour over red espresso® Rooibos and foamed milk
- Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon and crumbled ginger biscuits just before serving
