Guys, I don’t drink rooibos tea.
I don’t like it.
BUT I can’t get enough of this delicious Red Espresso Cappucino. It has practically replaced my daily cup of tea. Thank you. I love it!!!
I prepared it with hot water and unlike some other premixes, this one tastes a lot more wholesome (no hydrogenated fats, etc.) with lovely warming cinnamon (I could smell and taste it so it must be quite potent). I don't take sugar in my chai but I would give up my entire days sugar allowance for a luxurious and delicious spicy chai like this...the cinnamon lingers long after...will always have these on hand for a spoiling... Thank you so much for adding a little "sweetness" to my life today :)
I am sure that it is going to be a great addition to any vegan's pantry too. If you have enough requests to cut out the sugar, do you think that they would be able to prepare a sugar free version? It took me a while to get used to a very spicy drink such as chai without sugar but once I did, it didn't bother me and I could enjoy a cup of masala tea but I must admit that on a day when I feel like spoiling myself, the sweetness in chai makes a world of difference.
Red Espresso is a finely ground version of pure rooibos, which makes it possible to pull espresso shots. As a fan of rooibos and an espresso fanatic, I was excited to try this product. It delivered. I pulled several shots of espresso experimenting with dosage and tamping. Only tamp enough to level out the shot. You are not packing it like regular espresso. Because you aren’t packing the shot, don’t overfill. It just needs to be level. Red Espresso was able to deliver the rich, full, espresso-like taste with rooibos. I made shots for several rooibos fans, most of whom were not coffee drinkers, and they all enjoyed the rich flavor. It was a hit. Before completing my tests, I decided to pull espresso shots of regular rooibos tea that had not been ground as fine as Red Espresso. It was a mess and failed to yield the same rich flavor. Stick with Red Espresso. I am a fan of rooibos and espresso. Now I am a fan of Red Espresso. It brings the depth of espresso taste to rooibos. And the fact that it has no caffeine makes an ideal drink for late in the day.
Your Turmeric Latte is the best on the market I have tried them all and you win 🏅🏆🏅hands down so glad I found the online shop thanks Liza. 💖
I will not lie, this is definitely an acquired taste but if you are a green tea lover, like me, then you have to try this Matcha Latte. It has the bitterness that you expect to get from Matcha but has just enough sweetness to not make you pull a face lol! It also contains caffeine so it is a great alternative to your coffee boost in the morning.
We use this in our café, customers love it! ❤️
I am an avid tea drinker and my palate likes the effect.
Very nice .... I will definitely always buy ... The taste is the best tea I've drunk so far.
I like Rooibos tea, but rarely I brew a whole pot. So this is perfect.
About the tea capsules, I am very happy, because although I have a capsule machine, I only use that for guests. Now I can use my machine for me! I have made myself a big cup, and sent water several times through the machine and the result is a delicious Rooibos tea all the time.
Great idea for the tea drinkers.
So I have made and enjoyed it in the evenings as a Rooibos cappuccino. Delicious. And great for people who simply do not like coffee and otherwise always have to depend only on a teabag in the cup. I will buy again.
The Rooibos tea is full of flavour.
I am not a vegan myself but I am trying to be more aware of what I put into my body these days. This gets very hard, most of the time, as I am someone who is big on flavour and really tasty food and drinks and am not always fully satisfied. But then I tried the Vegan Spiced Chai.with Macadamia milk. So full and creamy, I just could not get enough. If I could live off this I would probably go Vegan lol
I know there are a lot who prefer their Rooibos tea without any milk, but I am the complete opposite. I love my cup of Rooibos rich and creamy with subtle Rooibos flavours and this is not always easy to drink on the go. Then I came across the Red Cappuccino sachet, quick, easy and really tasty. A Red Cappuccino is my perfect cup of Rooibos.
As a chai addict and an avid Redespresso fan, when I saw this drink on the shelves I went ballistic! I immediately bought a few boxes and raced home to try the drink. My first cup was a bit strong, even for me, so I added some milk and honey. It tasted delicious! I recommend this product to everyone, vegan to coffee drinkers, because this drink is awesome!
This drink is phenomenal! When I saw that it was vegan-friendly, I admit I was a bit skeptical of how it would taste. But the taste and the texture is so amazing that even though I’m not a vegan, I love this drink so much and I drink it all the time. I’m so grateful to have an alternative to coffee, and chai is really my spice, so all in all I rate this product 5/5!
When I was told about this drink, I thought I would try it and it would be a nice thing to have once in a while. But straight after the first sip I knew that this drink was going to be a regular in my daily liquid intake. So wonderfully branded and it tastes heavenly. Well done, Redespresso!
I have recently decided to drink less coffee but still needed something to give me the "wake up" I needed in the morning and then I came across the Rooibos Matcha.
This great coffee alternative has very fast become my new favourite hot beverage. I love that the two flavours do not over power each other and there is a lovely natural sweetness which means I have to add nothing but some milk and water. Tasty and healthy and definitely gives me the boost I need in the morning or any time of the day!
It is very exciting that you have taken the time to develop this. I always see the Instant cappuccino’s and latte’s and was wishing someone would make something for Vegan’s. So I am very grateful as I’m sure the rest of the Vegans will be, I have already told my friends about it.
All of the flavour, none of the rubbish!
We have a cafe and have always used their flagship red espresso blend for our red cappuccinos. We recently switched to their chai latte powder as well and they are streaks ahead of any of the chai latte powders we have tasted. Delicious full-bodied flavour. Our guests have had nothing but good things to say about it.
Also red hot service
I sell mostly coffee and red cappuccinos at my markets and events. I have seen – that if I don’t provide normal teas – people LOVE when I offer Red Americanos or Red Cappuccinos as alternative to tea or decaff coffee
Great product and service
Had a wonderful experience ordering and got order quickly after payment was made
I want to buy
I first had this when my mom bought me a "Red Cappuccino" from a Woolworths cafe. I was intrigued as I had honestly never had this or even heard of a Cappuccino made South Africa's very own rooibos plant. Well calling it delicious does not even begin to describe the taste, mixed with honey and cinnamon, this drink has a reminder of coffee without the accompanying jitters and anxiety after having a cup or two too many. The taste is smooth and velvety, almost creamy and can easily replace coffee any day. 5/5 would drink again.
My daughters do not consume fruit juices or cold drinks. They have only had water, rooibos and a few home made herbal teas from a very young age and were quite particular about which rooibos they would drink. They preferred five roses and one or two others when it came to the tea bags but once I started brewing red espresso for them, they say that the tea bag versions are too weak and that it doesn't even taste like Mum's rooibos unless they get a red espresso cappuccino at a restaurant...then they are happy. It is our go to drink for any ailment they may complain about. I do hope that with rising prices of everything that we will always be able to afford our red espresso as it is packed with goodness that you can feel. I have to get a bigger brewing pot soon for the whole family.
I received my matcha a little while ago and had to try the matcha cappuccino. I read hot water and was guessing that it should not be boiling water so waited for my freshly boiled water to cool a little. Unfortunately I couldn't completely mix the powder into the water and had little speckles of the powder floating in my drink after I poured my frothy milk into it. The taste was great. I will try with hotter water next time just to make sure that I get the powder mixed in properly. It has a strong enough taste and subtle sweetness that is just enough for people who opt for sugar free drinks.
It feels much healthier than the Mugg & Bean option. I had no idea that they add white hot chocolate to that drink. Luckily I didn't consume too many of those...
Tried all the products and they are great. I will have to say that I am spoilt with my own brew of turmeric milk the way that my Grandmother used to make it and her version is so good that anyone would love it and prefer to a premix but for the convenience of having some turmeric milk when you either don't have time or all of the ingredients, it is still very good.
I had the beetroot yesterday, and i love it! Cant wait until its time to try the turmeric one today! Its such a bargain that something so delicious can also be healthy.
Cannot imagine starting my day without it :)
I first came across this on a cruise along the Norwegian coast. A South African lady gave me 7 or 8 sachets to try and I was incredulous, ‘What cappuccino made out of tea! That’s not possible’ But the dear lady insisted and so I tried, unbelievingly I have to say. But wow! What a wonderful taste and no caffeine either, because it’s made from Redbush tea. The beauty of it all is I can drink this at night and I sleep soundly all through the night. I know you may not believe me that you can get cappuccino from tea but try a few sachets like I did and you will find a great drink. Go on I dare you!
This is definitely an acquired taste but I will say that once you do fall in love with it (and you will) it's absolutely awesome. I must also say that its a great alternative to coffee if you're trying to quit as it'll keep you energised without the worrying addiction some might experience.
All our family LOVE them:-)))
This is one of few times in my life I buy something that truly delivers on what it sells. I love coffee, in particular I have a bit of an obsession with a daily latte. But after dealing with an ulcer on and off for a few years, it was time to kick the habit. Of all the things I had to cut in my diet, I admit my latte topped the list of the hardest things to cut (even over wine)! In searching online for ideas on alternatives, I randomly came across the Redespresso site and purchased it through Amazon. I was so unbelievably excited when I made my first cup using a stove top espresso maker! After whipping up some frothed milk and making my fake latte, I as blown away by how incredibly delicious it was!! The flavor, the texture, everything about it was just about as close to a latte as I could get, in fact even tastier, in my opinion. Anyways, people usually love to complain , so I wanted to take the time to say thank you for what you do! I'm excited to share this with my family!
Sometimes when you're around coffee all the time, your mind longs for something a little less intense !! that's why us baristas enjoy our red cuppacinnos with honey at the end of a long day.
We are using this redespresso to make 100% rooibos tea drinks. It's caffeine-free and packed with 5x more antioxidants then green tea. You can have it in place of espresso in any espresso based drink for a new spin on a classic.
When you've reached your caffeine quota but need something to delish...RED Espresso...this is gold :)
Favourite thing when I'm missing South Africa 🇿🇦🐘☕️
Vanilla Rooibos Cappuccino for a chilly night. I must say. This Vanilla flavor is becoming my favorite!!
Someone told me once "A cup of tea is nice..." But this is way better than nice.
