Matcha Latte: Add 4/5 heaped teaspoons (20g) into a cup, add 200ml hot (not boiling) water and stir well. Tip: For a creamier café-quality latte, replace the hot water with hot milk
Iced Matcha Latte: Add 4-5 heaped teaspoons into a glass. Add 40ml hot water and stir well to dissolve the powder. Top up with ice and your choice of cold milk
