- 4 shots red espresso® Rooibos
- 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- Cherries to serve
Instructions
- Prepare red espresso® Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Scoop ice cream into heat-resistant glasses
- Pour over freshly-brewed red espresso® Rooibos and garnish with cherries
