Virgin spiced chai piña colada



  1. Froth warm milk of choice
  2. Mix 1 heaped tablespoon red espresso® Spiced Chai Latte Powder
  3. Mix well and add over 3 ice blocks
  4. Add 1/2 shot (15ml/1/2oz.) of coconut milk
  5. Add 1 shot (30ml/1oz.) of pineapple juice
  6. Add 1/2 shot (15ml/1/2oz.) of lime cordial
  7. Shake until ice has melted and pour
  8. Dust with cinnamon and enjoy
