- red espresso Rooibos
- Canton Ginger Liqueur
- Ice
- Lime
- Honey
Instructions
- Prepare red espresso Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- In an cocktail shaker, add:
– red espresso Rooibos
– ice
– honey
– 2 shots Canton ginger liqueur
– a squeeze of fresh lime - Shake, strain and serve in a chilled martini glass
