Ingredients
- 1 shot red espresso Rooibos (cold)
- 1 shot Amarula cream
- 8 large scoops vanilla ice-cream
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare red espresso Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Blend red espresso Rooibos, Amarula and ice cream until thick and creamy. Add more ice cream if necessary
