Ingredients
- red espresso® Rooibos smoothie powder
- Ice
- Plain / vanilla yoghurt
- Berries (frozen or fresh)
- Banana (optional)

Instructions
- In a blender, add:
– 6 blocks of ice
– 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
– 1 handful of fresh / frozen berries
– 1 banana (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare red espresso® Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Add equal parts steamed and foamed milk
- Serve with honey and cinnamon

Recipe for a red hot toddy
Ingredients
- 25 ml honey liqueur or whisky
- 110 ml
- red espresso® Rooibos
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves
- 1 large mint sprig
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
