red espresso® wholesale is our direct to trade/business customer offering that allows you to buy our full product range direct from us at wholesale pricing.
Who qualifies to buy from red espresso® Wholesale?
Cafés, mobile coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, guest lodges, bed and breakfasts, offices, corporate canteens, delis, grocers, speciality retailers and online retailers qualify for Wholesale.

What do I need to do to become a Wholesale customer?
First you apply for wholesale here and then, once we have authorised you as a wholesale customer, you can use our online ordering system to buy direct from us. We can also accept email orders sent to firstname.lastname@example.org if necessary, but there are many more benefits for you if you order wholesale online from us.

Are there other methods which I can choose to place a wholesale order?
Our online ordering system is our preferred ordering system for all wholesale orders. However we can accept e-mail and PO orders if necessary. If you qualify for wholesale pricing then you can email your order or PO to email@example.com. However you will not qualify for free delivery and you will be charged an administration fee per order. All emailed orders will be charged R125 delivery and administration fee regardless of value. You will also not enjoy the benefits available to our wholesale customers who order on line (see above Why choose red espresso® Wholesale Online?) such as exclusive products and deals, be first to hear about our new product launches and special offers.
What are the Terms and Conditions of registering for red espresso® Wholesale?
Although we do not have a Minimum Order Quantity for our wholesale customers, we do encourage you to order R1000 or more to qualify for Free Delivery (online customers only, not applicable to outlying areas).
We do not offer Payment Terms and will not ship any products without first receiving proof of payment and the money reflecting in our bank account.

Do I need to have a VAT number to apply for wholesale?
No you do not need to have a VAT number to apply for wholesale. And if you become VAT registered after applying we can easily add your VAT number to your account details so that it shows on your invoices.
How can I become a red espresso® wholesale customer?
In order to become a red espresso® wholesale customer, please apply here. You will receive a customer account activation e-mail after your red espresso® wholesale account has been approved.
How long does it take for my application to be approved?
You will receive a customer account activation e-mail after your red espresso® wholesale account has been approved. This will take at most 72 hours depending on when you have submitted your application (weekends, public holidays).
I have been buying from a supplier but would like to buy directly from you. How do I proceed?
You are welcome to become a red espresso® wholesale customer. Please apply here. You will receive a customer account activation e-mail after your red espresso® wholesale account has been approved.
I have not received a customer account activation e-mail after submitting my application. What can I do?
Please check the junk or spam folder of your e-mails to see if you have received the customer account activation e-mail. We usually send it within 72 hours after your application has been submitted. If you still cannot find it, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up from our end.
What must I do once I have received the customer account activation email?
Please click on the “Activate Your Account” button. This will take you to a page on our website where you can create your username and password.
I can’t see the wholesale prices on the red espresso® website. What can I do?
This is because you are not a wholesale customer yet. Please apply here. Once we have authorised your application you will receive a customer account activation email. Please click on the “Activate Your Account” button. This will take you to a page on our website where you can create your username and password. Once you have done this, you will be able to see the wholesale prices on our shop.
If you are already an authorised wholesale customer and you cannot see the wholesale prices on our shop then please make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are still unable to see our prices kindly call us on 021 863 1060 and we will assist you.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

Where can I download the invoice of my orders?
Your invoice will be emailed to you immediately after you have placed your order online. See the example below.
Can I have my VAT number on my invoice?
Yes you can. Be sure to add in your VAT number in the block provided on the wholesale application form. If you have forgotten to do this, or you have recently become VAT registered, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add your VAT number onto your invoices for you. See example below.
What is the wholesale payment term?
Our payment term requires a full payment in advance before each order has been shipped. For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) no dispatch occurs until the money is cleared in our account. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferably directly from your bank account on transfer to email@example.com
Is there a catalogue/price list available?
Once you have been authorised for Wholesale you can view our wholesale pricing online.
Can I redeem a red espresso® coupon on my wholesale order?
Yes, if you have received a discount voucher code from us then you can redeem it but this only applies to online orders. Once you have completed your order, proceed to check out and you will see a block on the right hand side where you can enter your discount voucher code.
Would it be possible to “Click and Collect” directly from your offices in Paarl?
Yes, you are welcome to collect from us if your payment has been received. All Click and Collect orders can only be collected the following day between 2pm – 4pm. We do not offer a same day Click and Collect service. We are located in Paarl in the Cape Winelands. View Google maps here
What is the minimum I have to spend for free delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over R1 000 to all areas except outlying areas.
What does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over R1 000 to all areas except outlying areas. If your order is below R1 000, our delivery fees are between R65 and R95. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address. If you are in an outlying area there is a delivery fee of R195 for all orders, regardless of weight and amount spent.
If I pay today, when will I get my order?
Please note that these timings are calculated from the time of dispatch, NOT from the time when the order was placed. red espresso® strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is dispatched for delivery is at most 3 working days.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
No fulfilment or deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday or any public holidays. No fulfilment or deliveries will take place during our annual Christmas Break when we are closed.
