Returns and refunds policy
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason.
All returns can be sent via normal postal service to PO Box 2911, Paarl, 7620, Republic of South Africa.
The customer has to notify The Red Espresso Company (Pty) Ltd that goods are being returned and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number has to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and documentation, and in a re-saleable state. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
The provision of goods and services by red espresso® is subject to availability. In situations where stock is not available, red espresso will refund the client in full in 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
