COVID-19: Deliveries during lockdown
We are processing and delivering online orders during lockdown. We are using Courier It and have the relevant CIPC certificate as an essential goods supplier.
Kindly allow an extra 2 – 3 days on top of your usual delivery time frames.
Please note: orders will only be despatched once payment has been received. You are welcome to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
We offer a Click and Collect service from our offices in Paarl. However your order will only be ready for collection the following day between 2pm and 4pm after your payment has been received. We do not offer a same day Click and Collect service.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over R1000 to all areas except outlying areas. If your order is below R1000, our delivery fees are between R65 and R95. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address. If you are in an outlying area there is a delivery fee of R195 for all orders, regardless of weight. Free delivery is not applicable to your area.
Do you offer a Click and Collect service from your offices in Paarl?
Yes, we do. However, all Click and Collect orders may only be collected the following day between 2pm – 4pm after payment has been received. We do not offer a same day Click and Collect service. We are located in Paarl in the Cape Winelands. View Google maps here
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
red espresso® strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is dispatched for delivery is at most 3 working days.
For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) no dispatch occurs until the money is cleared in our account. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferably directly from your bank account on transfer to email@example.com
No fulfilment or deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday or any public holidays.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Please note that these timings are calculated from the time of dispatch, NOT from the time when the order was placed.
Is it possible to arrange a specific delivery time?
We are not able to confirm a specific delivery date or time as we make use of a courier company. Deliveries will only take place during business hours. If the courier company is unable to effect delivery after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to us as the sender and delivery will be re-routed at client’s expense.
