red chia pudding recipe

Our red chia pudding is a delightfully nutritious breakfast bowl that is super easy to make. Simply soak the protein and fibre-rich chia seeds overnight in our flavourful red espresso rooibos with a touch of cinnamon spice. Top with a mix of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola and nut butter for an energizing and refreshing start to your day.

Instructions

  1. Prepare red espresso rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
        
  2. Dissolve honey in red espresso rooibos
  3. Pour over chia seeds, add cinnamon, stir and soak overnight
