    1. In a blender, add:
      6 blocks of ice
      3 tablespoons of yoghurt
      1 handful of fresh/frozen berries
      1 banana (optional)
      A healthy squeeze of honey
      1 teaspoon red espresso rooibos smoothie powder
    2. Blend and serve
