berry red smoothie

Adding red espresso to your smoothie is an easy way of turning it into a super-smoothie! One shot of red espresso has the same amount of antioxidants as a cup of blueberries – and tastes delicious. Try it with a range of different fruits and your favourite yoghurt.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. In a blender, add:
      6 blocks of ice
      3 tablespoons of yoghurt
      1 handful of fresh/frozen berries
      1 banana (optional)
      A healthy squeeze of honey
      1 teaspoon red espresso rooibos smoothie powder
    2. Blend and serve
