Mix up something different and serve one of our exotic, Rooibos-inspired cocktails. Shaken or stirred, they are dangerously good!
- 1 shot (60ml) red espresso Rooibos
- 1 shot Irish whiskey
- 2 tbsp cream, lightly whipped
- Pinch cinnamon
- Prepare red espresso Rooibos – as you would coffee – using your coffee appliance:
- Pour red espresso Rooibos and whiskey into a glass
- Partially submerge a tablespoon in the red espresso Rooibos with the back of the spoon facing up. Slowly pour the lightly whipped cream onto the back of the spoon and let it settle on the surface of the red espresso Rooibos.
