Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie
This recipe is packed with incredible health benefits. The pineapple aids digestion and is rich in Vitamin C and D, the ginger aids digestion too and helps boost your immune system and the turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants.
In a blender add: ½ red espresso® turmeric latte powder 1 cup plain yoghurt 3 chunks pineapple 1 tbs dessicated coconut 1 tbs oat bran ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tbs vanilla extract 1 tbs milk or dairy alternative 3 blocks of ice (just to chill)
