Blackberry pineapple red espresso cold brew tea

Part of our brand collaboration with Monin for their Tea Inspiration series, the Blackberry pineapple red espresso cold brew tea is a delicious addition to any menu.

Ingredients

  • 15ml Monin Blackberry Syrup
  • 15ml Le Fruit De Monin Pineapple
  • 100ml soda water
  • 100ml red espresso rooibos
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges, pineapple leaves and blackberries (optional)

Instructions

    1. Add 60g of red espresso ground rooibos tea
    2. Add 1200ml of water
    3. Infuse for 12 hours
    4. Fill the glass with ice cubes
    5. Add 15ml of Monin Blackberry Syrup
    6. Add 15ml of Le Fruit De Monin Pineapple
    7. Add 100ml of soda water
    8. Add 100ml red espresso tea
    9. Garnish with pineapple wedges, pineapple leaves and blackberries
