Iced caramel red cappuccino® with whipped cream

Servings: Makes 1

Time: 5 minutes


  • 4 heaped tsp instant red cappuccino® Original tin
  • 40 ml hot water
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • Handful of ice blocks
  • 2 tbsp of caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings to top


  1. Combine the red cappuccino® powder and hot water and mix until a paste forms.
  2. In a large glass, drizzle the caramel sauce around the edge.
  3. Add the red cappuccino® mixture and then fill with ice.
  4. Add the cold milk and stir to combine.
  5. Top with some whipped cream, more caramel sauce and the shaved chocolate.
