Upgrade your morning toast, or pile onto scones with butter and cream.



  1. Prepare red espresso® Rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
  2. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized pot and place over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and allow to cook, stirring regularly, for 10-15 minutes, or until – for lack of a better description – jammy.
  3. Transfer to a sterilised jar and refrigerate.
