vanilla red frozen yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 shots (60ml) red espresso rooibos tea cold
  • 2 scoops vanilla frozen yoghurt
  • ½ cup foamed milk
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 ginger biscuit, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Prepare red espresso rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
        
  2. Place frozen yoghurt into glasses
  3. Pour over red espresso rooibos tea and foamed milk
  4. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon and crumbled ginger biscuits just before serving
