red irish tea


  • 1 shot (60ml) red espresso rooibos
  • 1 shot Irish whiskey
  • 2 tbsp cream, lightly whipped
  • Pinch cinnamon


  1. Prepare red espresso rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
  2. Pour red espresso and whiskey into a glass

  3. Partially submerge a tablespoon in the red espresso with the back of the spoon facing up. Slowly pour the lightly whipped cream onto the back of the spoon and let it settle on the surface of the red espresso
