  • 4 shots red espresso rooibos tea
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • Cherries to serve


  1. Prepare red espresso rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
  2. Scoop ice cream into heat-resistant glasses
  3. Pour over freshly-brewed red espresso rooibos tea and garnish with cherries
