festive red milk tart

Mix up something different and serve one of our exotic, rooibos-inspired cocktails. Shaken or stirred, they are dangerously good!


  • 150ml red espresso rooibos 
  • 150ml vodka
  • 150ml condensed milk


  1. Prepare red espresso rooibos  as you would coffee  using your coffee appliance:
  2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving

    Tip: If youre on the clock, shake vigorously over plenty of ice then strain into shot glasses
