Toasted marshmallow vanilla red cappuccino®

Ingredients
- 4 heaped tsp instant Rooibos red cappuccino® powder
- 200 ml hot water
- 50 ml warm milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful of mini marshmallows
Ingredients
- In a mug combine the instant Rooibos red cappuccino® powder and hot water and set aside
- In a separate mug combine the vanilla extract and warm milk
- Add the milk mixture to the cappuccino and stir to combine
- Top with mini marshmallows and toast them with a blow torch
