Toasted marshmallow vanilla red cappuccino®

Servings: Makes 1
Time: 5 Minutes 


  • 4 heaped tsp instant Rooibos red cappuccino® powder 
  • 200 ml hot water
  • 50 ml warm milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 handful of mini marshmallows 


  1. In a mug combine the instant Rooibos red cappuccino® powder and hot water and set aside
  2. In a separate mug combine the vanilla extract and warm milk
  3. Add the milk mixture to the cappuccino and stir to combine
  4. Top with mini marshmallows and toast them with a blow torch
